Overall Satisfaction with Archie
We introduced Archie to have a better process for our team to find available desks, know when others will be at the office, and manage meeting room reservations in a more organized way.
Pros
- Their customer service team is always helpful and fast in replying via chat or email.
- The platform is exceptionally easy to use and customize to our needs.
- It integrates with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Cons
- There are occasional bugs or usability issues, mainly on new features
- You cannot create specific hybrid policies (eg: minimum office days required per week) within the platform
- Easy to spot if the office space is used efficiently (not underused, but no day exceeding capacity either)
