Overall Satisfaction with Archie

Archie handles our visitor registration from start to finish, including sign-ins, badge printing, and notifications. It helps us know exactly who is in the building and when, and ensures visitors are approved ahead of time.

Pros

  • Pre-registration flows are easy to set up
  • Hosts get notified instantly when their visitor arrives
  • Visitor badges look professional and print fast

Cons

  • I’d like more flexibility in customizing the check-in flow based on the answers given
  • Delivery management could be more automated
  • It’s improved the way we greet clients and partners and gives us a solid visitor log for audits.
It has mostly improved front desk efficiency and helped us give a better experience to guests coming to the office.
