Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Archie for desk and room reservations. We have tablets outside of meeting rooms and use either that or the calendar integration to book.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Everything is synced to the calendar so we can book rooms from there
The floor plan view is helpful especially for desks
The mobile app is great, it's quick to do anything

Cons

There are minor bugs here and there, usually non-critical stuff, but something you'd still notice
I've been logged out of the mobile app multiple times

Return on Investment

Archie helped us organize meeting rooms better and avoid schedule conficts or having more desks than necessary.

Usability

Very easy to get used to with almost no training, after one week everyone was using it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great either for offices with a lot of meeting spaces, not necessarily just conference room, but also offices or other spaces. Same thing for hybrid teams that need desk booking because of that.
