Overall Satisfaction with Archie
We use Archie for managing different aspects of our memberships like billing, room bookings, and giving people tools to engage with their coworkers.
Pros
- Self-serve desk and room booking
- Lots of options to customize billing setting
- Clear taskboard dashboard
- Nice apps for mobile and tablet
Cons
- No automated end user onboarding within the apps when you download one
- The UI is simple and intuitive, but feels a bit dates in terms of design
- It was introduces as we opened so I can't assess a before and after, but main ROI is linked to automating a lot of processes especially billing, notificaitons, and bookings.
