Ability to flag and pass the information through integration is limited.
Export formats are not easy to use.
Not always able to export into format custom attributes across worlds. I would like to search all aspects of ECO's and customize the data I can export.

Simplified data exchange with Suppliers for requirements and confidential information.
Peace of mind for IP protection is important.

Alternatives Considered

Agile CRM

Ease of implementation and usability. Pricing was more affordable for smaller startups.

Easy to train new users, portable and easily used anywhere. My Manufacturing Engineers like the ability to pull up documentation anywhere - even on the production floor to discuss details real time with technicians and workers.
