Overall Satisfaction with Arena

Arena is our PLM system and the single source of truth that controls our revisions. Our whole organization uses Arena to capture all changes and new releases. Sometimes Arena gets slow. Causing ECO's to take longer
  • The new upgrade added a clearer picture in Arena as to how to look for information and View details.
  • Arena tends to be slow when using actions.
  • Business continues to grow because Arena provides a good foundation of rev control.
  • Would be great to have a better configuration tool
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
Price is always important to any business, but the quality needs to be good at that price. Therefore, Arena upgrades continue to make the product even better
Since my starting with Symbotic, I caught on very quickly on how to use the tool. The recent upgrade made it even easier to function.

Do you think Arena PLM and QMS delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Arena PLM and QMS's feature set?

Yes

Did Arena PLM and QMS live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Arena PLM and QMS go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Arena PLM and QMS again?

Yes

I am not in direct contact to support, but from information from my manager, the overall support has been good.
Arena's overall application usability is good but could be a little better user friendly with certain applications.
I have used Agile PLM with Oracle and had an excellent experience with Agile. Provides good control and configuration control / site management as well.
Arena is a great tool and tends to get better with each upgrade. I would be helpful if it was a little better user friendly (example - when trying to create searches or reports and also in the administrative workspace to create attributes etc.)
