Overall Satisfaction with Arena
We at Delphinus Medical Technologies, Inc. use Arena for product lifecycle purposes to keep track of all the documentation. It also helps us communicate with our manufacturing partners. I personally find it easy to use and had to go through minimal training. Reviewing and creating engineering changes is very convenient. I look forward to learning more about Arena and its usage.

Product features are very important for making decisions that impact the marketing of our product. We value customer satisfaction the most and believe in providing the best service to the customer. We strive to offer the customer something they are not getting in the existing market.
The implementation experience was smooth and did not cause any issues. Arena deployment was easy since we have the necessary infrastructure and the implementation was done as per the set schedule. I am very satisfied with the implementation team and have no complaints. We seldom have any issues in our daily usage of Arena.
Arena is more convenient than PTC Windchill. Arena is easier to use with SOLIDWORKS than PTC Windchill. Arena is easier to use when working with assemblies and subassemblies than PTC Windchill. Arena is easier to use when creating engineering change requests, handling reviews than PTC Windchill. Arena is easier to use when working with vendors than PTC Windchill.
