Overall Satisfaction with Arena

We use Arena for managing our product changes and BOMs. It is used by the whole engineering division. It addresses the need for change management, revisions, BOMs, and change approvals.

Arena is useful for process-oriented medium and larger companies. It has a significant learning curve and requires consistent use to breed familiarity.

Using Arena

Arena is not involved in compliance with regulatory efforts.
Our work with Arena has continued without interruption. We log on and use Arena remotely, and that continues to work for us. Having a web portal and separate logins is useful in this regard.
Our usage of Arena has expanded to account for more product offerings, more types of products, and additional product related services such as maintenance, service, and warranty.

The number of users has grown slightly. So far, the expansions have been smooth. New users have been trained on how to use Arena and new use cases have followed the same workflow as prior ones.
Arena is a useful service for managing and controlling product offerings, BOM, supply-chain, and other critical business functions.
