Overall Satisfaction with Arena

For training purposes and also to create item numbers, we also store most of our SOPs in Arena. The company used Arena daily to complete most tasks within our daily duties.

The quality of the program and usability is where I see this program being excellent.
Yes, it was easy to deploy, we had some training sessions with our quality team to get used to the program, but it was easy to learn and navigate.
Much faster and user-friendly, easy to learn and navigate through. Not very complicated.
Very user-friendly, we have a lot of data saved on there for our companies SOPs and documents that are needed. It's a great platform compared to our prior one.

Using Arena

Yes and it also helps store all our training materials as well as CofA for each product.
Everyone is mostly working from home and this has really helped us use Arena more as we all need to get to files on our own without having to use the help of others.
I personally do not use Arena as much in my daily work. I use it to complete training and to look up certain Lot information. We have other departments that use it to upload files and look up product details on a daily.
Arena helps gather all the information in one place and it helps search and organize information easily for us.
It has been great and I have never ran into issues.
