Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS
- It is being used across the whole organization.
- The most common problem is that our client gives us access to Arena, but not everyone accesses the same information due to our client policies and system registration date.

- Access information assigned by profile or copy other user access
- To follow our client requirements is the only way to do it.
- To follow the NPIs of our clients, we rely on their BOM to implement it in our processes.
