Overall Satisfaction with Arena

In my experience, Arena helps me manage all product documentation, reports, test protocols, design files, etc. This includes an easy to use search tool, as well as revision controls and ECO controls.

  • Slight bugs with integration notifications.
  • Missing some basic tutorials on using the system for new users.

Unfortunately, I had no part in the decision, but I believe features and reputation will most likely affect purchasing such a critical component of a company's quality infrastructure.
SOLIDWORKS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenDesktop)
Arena is invaluable for the development and release process of products with high quality and revision controls. It helps manage product history, purchasing, and delegate approvals and responsibilities.
