Neos Essentials

Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I use Neos to manage all of my active cases. It helps me keep track of everything including client communication, important documents, financials, and everything needed for the case. It can be accessed from anywhere so I can look things up as needed even when I am not in the office.

Pros

  • Cloud based so it updates in real time.
  • Easy to use.
  • All information is in one place.

Cons

  • The search feature can be difficult.
  • Visibility.
  • Financials can be difficult to sort.
  • The price of the product seems high compared to what we receive.
Overall Assembly Neos is generally an easy product to use. The search function could use some improving. Neos is frequently making updates to improve the product but the new changes are not always completely clear and it's sometimes frustrating to have to learn a new way to do something.

Our firm previously used Needles. We tend to still prefer Needles to Neos. The main improvement with Neos is that it is cloud based.

Neos is great for managing all of your cases in one place. Being a cloud based product is helpful when you need to access information while you are out of the office. I do not believe a small firm would need this complex of a product to manage their cases.
