Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
We use Assembly Neos daily, from login in daily correspondence with each client to adding records for each case. It is very organized and prevents hassle from sorting records out. It tracks amounts of bills and allows you to separate them all by date and time. Very efficient as well when looking for something in particular.
Pros
- Organization & keeping track of date & time of information inputted.
- Does the math for you when needing to break down Bills/costs.
- You are able to search through specific files by key word.
Cons
- If there could be a drag & drop feature when downloading files from one platform to Neos.
- Being able to download multiple files from another platform at once.
- Efficiency is a positive which leaves time to do other projects.
- Organization is great.
