Neos Essentials

Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I use it to help me keep up with what needs to be ordered in my cases, also important information with the case. communcation with my team in all forms from case mangers to bills and records. I use it to be able to figure out the amounts of bills we have in file.

Pros

  • Keeps track of cases i turn in daily, weekly and monthly
  • Helps me find my assignments
  • Easy with updating all cases

Cons

  • sometimes there are glitches
  • slows down some
  • increase in clients
  • client attorney relations
  • orginize finacials in one place
in the 3 years that i have been with this company it has gotten easier and easier to use, a lot of new updates. which fixes the current problems and adds newer stuff to help our day to day work load. I love how easy Neos is to work with every day.
Neos' is the only product ive ever used.

Over all Neos works well with what we have to do in our day to day business. I can notate what ever i need to notate in its apporpreate place. I can figure out what is missing in a timely manner. I can go from start to finish with out any problems.
