Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

As a senior paralegal, Neos is a really useful tool. It allows me to communicate with my client's effectively. I am also able to organize my documents in a nice and easy way that makes reviewing cases easy. Overall, Neos has been a great tool within our firm. Its functionality is very user-friendly.

Pros

Cons

  • I wish tickets would be addressed faster, we have had an issue with tabs being named incorrectly for awhile now.
  • Sometimes Neos can be slow, espeically after big updates.
  • Allows our accounting team to cut checks faster by pulling directly from the value tab.
  • Allows us to keep information updated as often as possible so that we can turn around cases as quickly as possible.
Overall, Neos is very user friendly. Sometimes there can be errors in the way Neos runs that can be frustrating and slows down our work flow. For instance, when errors pop up on our screen or it takes a really long time to load a tab. Otherwise, I think Neos is a great tool for our firm.

The only other previous program I used was Needles. Which was incredibly out dated and not as user friendly. I do not have any expierence with any other programs so I cannot give specific feedback.

Neos is well suited for personal injury cases in my opinion. It helps me organize my files. It's very user friendly and we are able to modify Neos to our needs. I enjoy that the creators of Neos do take feedback seriously and allow for changes when necessary. I appreciate that we are able to adapt Neos to the way our firm works.
