Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

AT Internet is our web analytics tool. We use it on a daily basis in order to monitor digital KPIs. Different departments rely on it since we offer a lot of services on our websites. My role is to gather data using explorer and data query and then refine it on specific dashboards for every department.
  • Audience measurement and data query tool.
  • Ergonomic platform.
  • Support answers in less than 24 hours.
  • Can't edit data on the navigation tool.
  • Can't edit user insights data.
  • An efficient way to track unusual activities on our services.
They answer within 24 hours, give complete and detailed answers and try their best to give assistance and follow up to see if your issues are resolved or not.

In our case, AT Internet is well suited to implement on an informational service portal from basic to advanced KPIs. Data can easily be downloaded either on excel files, pdf or as an API that we can implement on our data viz tools. I believe that we're not using 100% of AT's capacities and I'm looking forward to discovering them.
