Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

AT Internet is being used by our entire organization. We are a software-as-a-service company and use AT Internet for our analytics of client publications. We grant our clients access to AT Internet so they are able to track analytics on their own and review master reports or create reports of their own.
  • Great high level overview reports.
  • Ability to dig deeper into the analytics.
  • Can be a little overwhelming to someone who doesn't use it often.
  • Need to have an understanding of analytic software to fully appreciate.
  • It allows us to have deeper more meaningful conversations around reader engagement.
  • We're able to provide analytics to our partners.
I have not had to reach out to the support team very often, but when I have they have been quick to answer and always respond in a friendly manner.

Others were involved in the decision to move forward with AT internet so I'm unsure of what other platforms they were considering. However, I do know that we used comScore Digital Analytix in the past. AT Internet has been received very well and most users are happier with this solution over comScore.
AT Internet is well suited for those that have an analytical mindset and really want to dig into the numbers. For those that want a high-level overview, AT Internet can do that too. I feel the software can be appropriate for anyone.

Using AT Internet

10 - Out of the 10 users of AT Internet, two are on the sales side, four are on the support side, two are on the development side and two are on the management side. The support users are the main users while the rest support those efforts. The developers are involved due to needing to tie AT Internet to our software.
4 - We have four main users that handle the day-to-day support of AT Internet. Two of those four I would consider more of a power user, meaning they're the go-to for all things AT Internet. Regarding the skills required, you really just need to be curious…and have the desire to learn new software. You don't need to be technical at all.

  • Ability to see how users interact with a magazine
  • We might be one of the only digital publishing software companies on AT Internet
  • We connected the AT Internet software to our own proprietary software
  • We worked with AT Internet to provide better advertiser tracking within publications
  • We still need to move to Delta, but we need to work on our end of the software first.
  • We want to provide even better advertising reporting and plan to do so when we move to Delta.
  • We hope to provide greater flexibility with our clients by providing them access to AT Internet directly so they can run reports on their own via pre-formatted templates.
I give a 10 rating because AT Internet has been great to work with. They are extremely responsive and very open to our thoughts and ideas. We spent a lot of time researching partners and AT Internet won out. Changing analytics providers is a large undertaking in our business so finding a great partner up front is really important to us…and we found one with AT Internet.
