Overall Satisfaction with Auth0

I use Auth0 to keep all my apps and daily tools in one secure place with a single login. It also helps me and my team avoid password fatigue and shadow IT risks.

Pros

  • I only need to remember one passphrase to access everything, which saves me time and stress.
  • It integrates easily with other platforms using SAML and supports smart MFA with granular policies.
  • The UI is clean and simple, and features like smart hooks and role mapping make it powerful for admins, too.

Cons

  • Once it went down for a whole day which disrupted my business apps.
  • Support can be slow to respond.
  • It saves hours every week by removing the hassle of multiple logins and passwords.
  • It makes our workflows faster and more secure by unifying apps under one hub.
  • It reduced risks around shadow IT and improved overall security with MFA and password rotation.
It’s very easy to use both as a user and as an admin, and the setup wasn’t complicated. I like that once I log in, I can connect to apps, VPN, and other tools instantly without retyping credentials.

I recommend Auth0 to any organization that uses multiple apps daily because it truly simplifies access. The only reason I’d hesitate is if someone needs a super lightweight tool with almost no setup, because Auth0 is more feature-rich.
