Overall Satisfaction with Auzmor Learn
Auzmor is being used across the organization to assist with learning and development. We are utilizing it to enforce training of current roles and procedures. It allows us to have all training materials in one location and easily accessible across the organization. You can also access the training materials from the web which makes training and procedural updates accessible from the office, home, or client site.
- User Friendly - Search by key word, topic, creator, subject.
- Quizzes - Assessments make tracking training and results very easy for managers.
- Uploading content from outside sources - very easy for managers.
- Training with Auzmor Customer Success Manager is excellent - we had multiple training sessions with managers and each time the CSM was ready and willing to repeat training without any hesitation.
- When uploading courses from a content provider, you have to click all the courses you want to "edit" then "publish" in different sequential steps. Would be ideal to have Auzmor save your selections so you don't have to manually select multiple courses at each step.
- Increased employee engagement.
- Less re-training for policies.
