We are using Avanan for anti-phishing and anti-malware protection for Office 365. We deployed Avanan to our entire organization 3 years ago. When we migrated to Office 365, within a month we were constantly under attack. Phishing attacks leading to compromised accounts leading to more phishing campaigns using those compromised accounts. It was never ending. Microsoft's security was doing nothing to help. We reached out to Avanan. Set up a POC and instantly the attacks stopped. Well, Avanan was stopping them from ever reaching the user's mailboxes. Everyone was happy.
- Avanan anti-phishing stops phishing attacks dead in their tracks
- Avanan detects and blocks malicious email attachments
- Avanan is super simple to setup
- I'd like to see less false positive detections caused by Microsoft ATP emails
- I'd like to see better reporting features/dashboards to provide to executives
- I can't think of a third, they really do everything else great
- Avanan allowed us to get back to doing other things instead of responding to phishing attacks
- Avanan stopped all the malicious URL's ending up in our user's mailboxes, in turn reducing security risks
