Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Avanan is catching malware and phishing attempts that our two other mainstream mail security programs are not filtering out at a fraction of the cost. It can also learn and retroactively pull items from a user's mailbox, which is not an option for either of our other email security suites. We also get a regular report prompting us to get into the system to review any items the AI did not remediate. Because of machine learning, we are spending less and less time in the Avanan portal each week as Avanan learns how we want to address certain occurrences. We have not had a help desk ticket opened for receiving a phishing email since we went live.

If you are getting a lot of phishing emails or malware emails Avanan can help. It resides in your 365 tenants so it is able to insert itself before the user mailbox and pull items out retroactively if necessary. Machine learning and AI are the directions being taken in IT by most leading products and Avanan shows why these tools are so important.
