Overall Satisfaction with Avature CRM
Like ATS, Avature CRM is used by the recruitment and selection departments in the organization. However, in turn, it helps us through the careers pages, to publish a vacancy, and with all the automation systems, to find the best candidates with the best skills for our processes. Instead of wasting time looking through social networks and the internet in general for candidates that fit the profile of our vacancies.
- Practicality for organizing candidate analysis selections
- Unlike ATS, Avature CRM is fluid and practical. With this practicality and fluidity, no previous experience is necessary to use the system
- Customer support needs to be improved, especially in terms of after-sales
- I think the layers of plans and resources available should be worked on more. The difference in features of the versions with median values between those with higher values is exorbitant
- The attachment limit could be higher to share a larger amount of CVs
- The main return is being able to hire better employees, more prepared candidates for our vacancies
- Optimize our hiring process and be able to focus on other tasks in the area and in each department
