My opinion on Avaya
Overall Satisfaction with Avaya IX Contact Center (formerly Intelligent Xperiences Contact Center)
It's being used across the organisation to address our communication needs.
Pros
- Contact Centers work well and are very stable
- The IPO platform is stable and works well
Cons
- Support for resellers should improve. Cisco is much better in comparison.
- Managed to reduce our communication costs by 60% through the adoption of VoIP for interbranch calls at no charge. It's cheaper SIP for long distance calls.
Easy interoperability with other vendors. With Cisco it's not possible.
