Overall Satisfaction with Avaya IX Contact Center (formerly Intelligent Xperiences Contact Center)

It's being used across the organisation to address our communication needs.
  • Contact Centers work well and are very stable
  • The IPO platform is stable and works well
  • Support for resellers should improve. Cisco is much better in comparison.
  • Managed to reduce our communication costs by 60% through the adoption of VoIP for interbranch calls at no charge. It's cheaper SIP for long distance calls.
Easy interoperability with other vendors. With Cisco it's not possible.
It's well suited for contact centres
