Overall Satisfaction with AWS Managed Services

We use AWS Managed Services mainly to store large files such as images and videos. We generate with AWS Managed Services processes an external link that allows us to use the files on our platform or implement it with our vendors. We have our bucket in the storage and we also created a few processes that allow us to modify the files to our needs.

Pros

  • Upload large videos
  • Generate external links
  • Allows to create your own process

Cons

  • The interface is not user friendly
  • Hard to track where you saved files
  • Too much going on in the bucket, I see many irrelevant things, want to see only the files I own
  • It has a good impact
  • It allows us to expand our services to larger files = larger companies/enterprises that have more data
  • It allows us to maintain graphics quality when working with clients.
I rated 8 as a very high rank since AWS Managed Services have great capabilities, so the quality is high, But the overall usage experience of the interface is no so friendly; it is very basic and looks like it is directed more to developers or science experts and less to other users that work with clients or prefer better UI/UX.
We have internal processes, but it is not to that scale.

Do you think AWS Managed Services delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with AWS Managed Services's feature set?

Yes

Did AWS Managed Services live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of AWS Managed Services go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy AWS Managed Services again?

Yes

AWS Managed Services uploads very large files the fastest. When trying to use different platforms we work with, it just does not work. But AWS Managed Services can solve it any time. When returning to AWS Managed Services after a couple of weeks not entering the service, it is difficult, or almost impossible to find your previous file intuitively.
