Overall Satisfaction with AWS Managed Services
Currently use AWS Managed Services for cloud based deployment of software to our customer base. This is our primary platform for our suite of products. Allows the seamless managment of nearly 1000 customer servers.
- Easy to use management interface
- Unparalleled uptime
- One pane of glass reporting features
- Some feature sets are complicated and somewhat cumbersome
- Ability to shift more quickly to different functional areas would help
- Unparralleled uptime - True "5 9s" environment
- Great management dashboards for monitoring critical systems
- Ease of use and easy to train new personnel on the functionality
- Allowed us to almost fully eliminate software install travel - Huge cost savings
- Has allowed us to move our customer base off of physical, onsite hardware and its associated problems
- Has allowed our organization to move to a fully remote workforce
We have not evaluated any other similar products. Quite frankly, we see no reason to do so. AWS Managed Services provides everything we need.
