Pros

  • Fantastic integration with external tools such as Salesforce.

  • Data analyzation is incredibly efficient. One can export survey results to a variety of formats for quick use.

Cons

  • New features come out often - but pricing on additional features can be quite steep.
  • Creating surveys for mobile devices has been a bit more difficult than my experience on other platforms.

  • Creating standardized surveys enables our business team to create meaningful data from one data-set.
