The training was easy to implement and understand. We had no issues completing all the training offered by the Axis staff. They were all very knowledgeable about the product and walked us through every step until the go-live day. We did the hand-holding until the end, our staff was very pleased with the patience of our trainers and thankful for their understanding, helping to be sure we were well-trained and ready for our go-live date. We are grateful. Thanks again to the trainers.
I would give this training a high rating because it was thorough and easy to understand. The trainers were detailed and very helpful throughout the transition process. They promptly addressed any concerns or issues, making it simple to set up the new Axis system and app. The support received when we encountered minor issues was excellent as well; they worked with us until everything was functioning properly. Overall, the experience was smooth and effective, leading to a successful implementation of the system.

Configuring AxisCare Home Care Software

This product is configured entirely for our job duties, if there was a suggestion to fit our needs they were happy to listen and welcomed our feedback. This product offers so many benefits to the homecare industry and is almost perfect it's a great product and I'm glad I was introduced to the system.
No, Not at the moment. They offer lots of training on any new features added to the system and an added benefit is if you miss a webinar you can always rewatch any training by there is a library of recordings that are offered to you for free at no extra cost. and if you or staff need to retrain you can always look up any pieces of training as well and rewatch the videos they provide for you at any time.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Any customizing we have done was minor. We didn't need to do much as everything was pretty much already available to us so the were only small things like uploading Business logos or employee or client information that was needed at a glance if we happened to not have access to our desktops when we were out of the office.
No - we have not done any custom code
No, we did not do any additional configuration they were not needed.

AxisCare Home Care Software Reliability

The system offered what we needed.
We had no issues with the availability of the system, it has been reliable so far, the only issues were geo location at some point due to staff being in rural areas, geo location will fail to pick up.
Some of the pages load slowly and there's issues with the downloads

Integration was seamless, they handled everything I did not have to do much.
Use them they are very easy to impliment into any system that your using

Vendor was very detailed in the explanation of the product.
He was available if we needed anything and he kept in contact with us until set up was completed.
