Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use AxisCare for scheduling our caregivers with clients. We can also see authorizations and send the care givers messages about shifts. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend any business to start with a software like this one. The caregivers even use the AxisCare app and it is also user friendly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Keep track of hours used and not used
Easy to follow the care givers credentials
Directions to clients home from caregiver home

Cons

When the clock in time doesn't match the schedule time, automatically adjust them to match.
Don't actually alert us until the caregiver is actually late instead of 4 minutes before time.

Usability

I feel like it's very user friendly and easy to navigate.
