Overall Satisfaction with Azure Monitor

Azure Monitor maximizes the performance of our applications. We need to be up and running every second, as we are an e-commerce business. Every second we are down is lost revenue in the form of sales, leads, and agent time that is not productive. It is critical to be aware and up at all times.

I used DataDog and LogicMonitor in the past, and both are reasonable solutions, overall, it is critical for companies that rely heavily on applications to power their business. I recommend having one of these solutions to avoid downtime, alert the proper contacts what issues may come up. All of them are useful.
I have not had to work with Azure Monitor support, so it is difficult to say how well the support team is. I assume that Azure has a well-versed team on the customer service side to assist with any issues customers may have. I may need them in the feature.

Azure Monitor is best suited for companies and scenarios where you are connected and running several applications that are imperative to the business. Azure Monitor is not as useful for companies that are not using software that cannot go down. It is best for companies that are heavily invested in technology and software to deliver to their customers.
