Overall Satisfaction with BigContacts

I’m really impressed with how easy it is to customize various modules of BigContacts. I started using custom fields for contact profiles, which helped store only the most relevant information for prospects and customers, keeping the CRM data clean. Moreover, I also used the tool to set up custom user roles and access permissions for my team members.

  • The tool offers excellent value for its price, and there is no major drawback to using it.
  • Most CRM tools that I have previously used offered limited customization, making them difficult to adapt according to my needs.

BigContacts has stood out from all of them since it offers customization to a great extent. It is easy to customize the sales pipeline, reports, layouts, workflows, etc., to get the most out of them.

I would like to see a more advanced version and better functionality of the mobile CRM in the future.
