Overall Satisfaction with Birst

We are currently using birst to create a data model and centralize our data marts. Also creating dashboards and transistion off from Tableau
  • Cloud based
  • Ease of use
  • Drill down on dashboards
  • Data modeling is not user friendly
  • Lack of support
  • Interface freeze from time to time
We chose birst for the cloud based collaboration feature
As the program evolves, it gets better and better
To able to access the data and dashboards at the same time is very convienent
