It is used by our company, I personally sell and support it. I also use it to calculate my monthly billings.

- Complex calculations made easier using BizInsight 7
- Make the Excel add-in more stable. It seems like any Windows update or change breaks the add-in.
- Tables don't always refresh correctly, ability to sort tables upon refresh and ability to make dynamic - these functions are there, but don't work well.
- Make complex calculations easier - recently did a payroll report for overtime and needed to contact support for assistance with the calculations and it wasn't able to do it - had to use a workaround with Excel functions combined with BizInsight functions and lots of hidden columns.
- Great product and easy to sell.

We are a reseller - the price is competitive to Sage, it's easier to use than Sage, all our clients have purchased it mostly due to their relationship and trust with us as a reseller.

Yes - Almost all of the issues I've reported have been resolved quickly. Two of them took a few months and one of them I was told they wouldn't resolve as it wasn't a bug, the problem is with Excel.
Linda Davis always provides the best support and she follows through regularly and checks to see if things are resolved to a satisfactory result. She's amazing!
