Overall Satisfaction with BizTalk360

For better and more appropriate alerts, we employ BizTalk360 instead of general-purpose monitoring tools. With its web-based administration tools, our operations teams may carry out tasks without needing direct access to the BizTalk360 servers. Using BizTalk360 gives me full control over the application. When something goes wrong, I'm alerted and have time to fix it before users start complaining.
  • The user-friendly interface of BizTalk360 makes it much easier to administer and manage BizTalk.
  • As a result of this product, the system is available for transaction processing around the clock, seven days a week.
  • These functionalities are accessible to non-BizTalk Administrators and Operators.
  • It can take some time to figure out the best way to set up notifications.
  • At times, it may seem like the dashboard is running slowly, however, this is largely down to the browser being used.
  • Because the BizTalk360 interface doesn't appear to be responsive to mobile devices, viewing it has been difficult.

In our company, BizTalk360 is used extensively because of its simplicity and the fact that it gives practically everything you need to accomplish routine tasks without the need for a console. Additionally, alarms save a lot of time and keep items on the radar by alerting, monitoring, or a variety of other purposes.

Rather than having just one aspect that I appreciate the most, I've found that there are several that I enjoy the most. Customized overviews of your environment and precise breakdowns of key regions have proven highly useful. That way, I can free up some of my time to work on other things that benefit the company by handing off monitoring responsibilities to the business or other teams having a stake in these areas.
