Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We use Bizzabo for our bi-annual conferences to promote the event, speakers, and agenda, as well as collect registrations. We use the Bizzabo website builder to build immersive and branded websites for our prospective and registered attendees. We also use the tool for collecting data and doing reporting on our events to see the progress made. We utilize Bizzabo's onsite services for registration support and lead collection for our vendors/sponsors.

  • Better understanding of registration numbers in relation to marketing pushes.
  • Increased engagement with event surveys & session reviews.
We chose Bizzabo because it had the best selection of tools across logistics, planning & marketing functions.

Bizzabo is a great tool that considers the user experience of both the logistics and marketing support that use the platform. Bizzabo also makes it really easy to brand the external facing experience for attendees, from the website to the mobile application. It would be nice if Bizzabo had native integrations with CRMs, such as Hubspot. The custom-built APIs work, but there are some challenges if you have multiple ticket types.
