Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We use Bizzabo as an event platform for our three conferences throughout the year - LA, Miami and Vancouver. The only issues we have is ease of use and having a better experience for our attendees who like to use the platform for networking.

Well suited for our events on the admin side, but not great as a networking platform for our attendees. Many of our attendees complain that they are not able to communicate with speakers / other attendees through the app on their phones. We are also looking into having a better check in system using Bizzabo.
