Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
My company has used Bizzabo for several years, for all aspects of event management for both in-person and virtual meetings. We have used their platform for the event website, including registration, speaker management, and resource sharing. Also used the accompanying mobile app to allow attendees easy access to event information.

- Would like to see changes to the COMMUNITY platform - making it easier for the updating & management of attendee data
- Bring back the "live chat" help option
- Improve ability to created original reports & save format for future events
- We have not calculated the ROI for the annual meetings.
To be honest, it's been several years since we used Cvent, so I can't remember specific points of comparison.
