Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
Our Assistance Ministry uses bloomerang to track donor relationships and manage event attendance and online giving forms. We use it as a database and to manage volunteers. All our online giving forms are made in bloomerang as well. Its most helpful for keeping track of our donations that come in and generating thank you letters for these donors.
- Quick Thank You letter generation - We get the letters out the same day that the donations come in.
- We can generate reports on any aspect of donor information collected - for example, donors who donated last year and also attended a specific fundraiser.
- Bloomerang is very intuitive - clear and easy to use and learn. I love the live webinars that help me learn more about the features it can do.
- I would love to see a way to select multiple users at once and add info about them all at once - batch editing.
- Reports that are a combination of transaction and interaction, instead of one or the other.
- I would love to customize the online forms more.
