For experienced users, mostly it takes quite a lot of effort to get past the P3 support and get actual answers for more complicated issues.

Most of the time it's great, but it has some limitations we need to go around, like not being able to use product catalogs data in analytics based on events, no way of updating events based on some ID, no way to match data between different event types etc.
