Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We use it to house customer data, marketing to new customers via emails and weblayers. It's our essential marketing tool for several products. We also use it to deliver part of the product (email newsletters). I use it for planning, designing, implementing and reporting on marketing campaigns, and to analyse customer behaviour at various points along the user journey.

- The email editor could be simpler - it doesn't always behave how you expect it to
- Weblayer design: it's not easy to change images in the visual editor
- Improved Lead generation for subscriptions
Personalising the customer journey is made simple with the Jinja coding, which I use in emails and subject lines to improve open rate and click through rate. Automated marketing flows that Bloomreach enables are communications when a customer signs up for a trial, and gives Sales and opportunity to improve conversion rates. We also segment third party data but it is another member of my team that manages data.
I have used Klaviyo and Salesforce - both of which are very different to Bloomreach. Salesforce is awful for what I need it for and another product I market uses it and will be transitioning over to Bloomreach hopefully next year. Klaviyo is excellent but Bloomreach is easier to use when editing email flows.
