Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

Great tool for activating customer data and personalising customer journeys via email web and other channels. We use the tool for over 15 websites, throughout 3 different brands. Main choice for Bloomreach was the easy UI which is marketeer friendly and gives a fast time to market

I love workimg with the tool but it works good so support is rarely needed
