Overall Satisfaction with Blue Prism

Software is very stable, upgrades work smoothly, and it is quick to develop robot processes. Blue Prism gives us as a company support and attention. Good account management. Good resources, easy to implement and upgrade. There have been a few bugs in scheduling that took some time to resolve.

We implemented Blue Prism RPA for a highly complex process which required a complex set up. Since then, it has been working excellently with high accuracy.
A very modular, flexible and simple to use tool that has allowed us to democratize automation to the business giving us speed, lower cost to transform and higher ROI.
