Overall Satisfaction with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA
Most robust automation tool available currently in the market. Very easy to implement/set up and to understand even for the college kids who are just starting their career in Automation IT. We are using it for many of the automation use cases for our client and day by day the inflow of new projects is just going up and up, such is the standard set by the RPA solutions for our client. This has significantly reduced manual efforts of the client as well as their IT partners so that valuable time can be spent on more critical tasks.

- Reliable for windows based application.
- Simple and easy to understand architect.
- Not sure if they have planned upgrade where they can support chromium browser extension.
- Cloud control room.
- Reliability.
- Security.
- The only concern on ROI was that we were asked to purchase the license for 3 years and not for single year.
For Windows applications, I believe Blue Prism is the most suitable and reliable tool yet.
