Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

My whole company uses BlueJeans for meetings and client demonstrations

Pros

  • Screen sharing which is useful at all times
  • Recording meetings for reference at a later time
  • Easy User management

Cons

  • Have trouble with sound frequently, mic is showing as connected but no sound
  • Time saved with meeting applications that didn't work.
  • Easy reference point for clients when needed
Much more User friendly
It has come with problems, but not a bad application
If everything works it is great for company meetings where employees are across multiple countries
