Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
It is used across the whole organization. I use it to demonstrate online products and provide training in the online products.
- Share Screen is great for training and demonstrating
- Chat is great for answering questions
- Video conferencing
- Setting up meetings was ok, but it could maybe have a look at better functionality. It took a bit of time to work it out.
- Clients have been very pleased with the training I provide using the Share Screen function.
- I have signed clients using this function.
I didn't use BlueJeans before. I used my personal Skype account at work because we didn't have a video conferencing product. Now that we have BlueJeans I'm very happy with it's functionality.
