Training & remote meetings made very simple
Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
I primarily use BlueJeans as a way to train, explain and support my sites and their managers in all of our systems - EPOS, labour & procurement. We have sites spread over the South West of England and travel to each is not always viable so online training has become a brilliant tool for us.
As part of a small, often remote head office team for a growing restaurant company, we can't always afford the time/costs involved in bringing us all together for meetings so we use BlueJeans for this purpose also, especially in recent times.

Pros
- Call connection and sound/video quality is very good.
- Screen sharing is well done and quick.
- It's a very well priced product.
Cons
- It may already have this feature and I haven't seen it but annotating the screen would be useful.
- As it's the first software of its kind I've used, I honestly don't know what else it could do, it's very good.
- Lots saved on travel over the year.
- Safe meetings in the present Covid-19 climate.
- Easier to train on specific issues with screen share.
I haven't used other programs of this kind much beyond Skype a few years ago. BlueJeans doesn't really compare with that as they were used for completely different purposes.
