Our company is a sales training franchise. Due to the pandemic, BlueJeans has become an invaluable resource to get our training and coaching out to our clients and business owners. We utilize the system for virtual training/lessons, coaching sessions, and general client meetings.
- Records all meetings and provides a link to share.
- The Technical Support staff is second to none! Always available to assist users with connection issues. They are able to see their system and help to correct and create a better experience.
- Wish there was an easier way to search through a history of recordings.
- Recent updates to the BlueJeans system have caused some Polycom issues.
- Due to the pandemic, BlueJeans has played a crucial role in our business in being able to maintain face-to-face contact with our clients and prospects.
