Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
We use it for all online meetings with Board and staff, as well as with volunteers, students, researchers, media, etc. We are a virtual organization with Board and volunteers across the country, so in-person meetings are rarely possible even if there wasn't a pandemic.
- Meetings are always at the same link, which makes it easier for everyone.
- It is not secure without the pass code.
- I can only compare it to the old conference call method. Seeing everyone's faces makes a huge difference.
It's an essential tool for us. We used to use Skype for bigger meetings and it was a huge hassle because I had to individually call and link in each attendee.
