Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

Communication is the bedrock of productivity in every organisation and my company is not any different. While there are multiple channels of communication we rely upon for efficient collaboration in my workplace, video conference calling is amongst the most important. For our video communication needs, BlueJeans Meetings is the platform of choice. We rely on BlueJeans Meetings mainly for the reliability it provides, the security of calls and the quality of video/audio during calls.

Pros

  • High definition (HD) video call quality.
  • Meeting transcription.
  • Video meeting security/encryption.

Cons

  • High bandwidth consumption on Bluejeans for desktop.
  • Does not integrate with our scheduling software of choice.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Easy communication across diverse locations.
  • Faster recruitment as candidates do not need to visit our office physically.

BlueJeans Meetings specifically meets our needs , as far as initiating and joining video meeting team calls is concerned. Therefore , I will simply say Bluejeans fit all video calls use-cases , be them peer to peer calls , mini-group calls or large sized participant calls. The only grey-area from my Bluejeans use is its high bandwidth consumption , which is a concern but not a major problem for me.
