Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

Although my company maintains multiple video conferencing software solutions. I prefer to use Bluejeans and so do my colleagues , in the same department as myself. Bluejeans takes care of all my video communication needs and makes remote communication very straight-forward , reliable and a generally seamless experience. using Bluejeans has encouraged collaboration between everyone in my department and i believe that this contributes to improved productivity in no small way.

Pros

  • unique audio experience.
  • smart features which makes video meetings a lot more interactive.
  • Usable across desktop, mobile and web browser platform.

Cons

  • Bluejeans is not adopted by most organizations. I have encountered a lot of external collaborators who have never heard about Bluejeans.
  • for reasons best known to Bluejeans, its web browser version has limited features . In contrast to Bluejeans desktop and mobile.
  • Recorded communication via automatic transcription of video meetings and video meeting recording. Both of these enable a transparent communication workflow.
  • effective collaboration
  • Bluejeans improves my effectiveness , when I work remotely.

Yes

mainly Bluejeans is what we use for peer to peer meetings and group video meetings. In recent times though, we have started to use bluejeans for team brainstorming sessions due to its smart interactive features like its group notetaking feature and highlight reel feature which both take our Bluejeans experience a notch higher.
we have also learnt to integrate bluejeans with Slack, which happens to be the main messaging solution preferred in my company division.
