Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Although there are a couple of other video meeting platforms deployed in my company, I prefer using Bluejeans for my video communication needs, and this is the case with everyone in my department and likewise in some other departments of my company. As regards the business problems which Bluejeans addresses, Bluejeans simply makes my video communication experience as seamless as possible. As a result of Bluejeans, I am conveniently communicating face-to-face with colleagues who work remotely without any inhibitions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Accessibility across multiple platforms.
Virtual meeting productivity features - highlight reels, transcriptions.
Audio and visual clarity.
Strong video meeting security.

Cons

Bluejeans perhaps has the best transcription feature amongst video communication tools, which I have experience using. However, Bluejeans struggles to correctly transcribe my speeches and that of fellow professionals in my company who do not have a western accent.

Return on Investment

Bluejeans allows communication to happen between employees of my company without a mandatory physical presence in the office space.
I think that productivity across my department is enhanced directly by Bluejean's enablement of remote communication.

Likelihood to Recommend

There are a variety of scenarios, based on my experience, where Bluejeans is well suited. I use Bluejeans for standard person to person or group video communication. Bluejeans is also well suited for video meeting documentation purposes, using transcription and recordings. While transcription saves a text copy of discussions during a meeting , recordings back up the entire meeting session, allowing anybody to access what was discussed in the course of the saved meeting by re-watching the event.
